Brainpower – Terms of Service

Welcome to Brainpower by unstuck Mental Health Studios Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app.

1. What Brainpower Does

Brainpower is a macOS app that helps you understand your productivity and brain health patterns. It tracks laptop activity (like typing, tab switches, focus sessions) and can optionally integrate with wearables (e.g. WHOOP, Apple Health) to provide insights. Brainpower is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Brainpower. If you’re under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Accounts & Access

• You may need to create an account and authenticate through Supabase or other providers.
• You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Brainpower may offer free trials, beta access, or paid plans (monthly, yearly, or lifetime).
• All payments are final unless required by law.
• Prices may change, but we’ll notify you before renewals.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, modify, or copy Brainpower.
• Use Brainpower in violation of applicable laws.
• Try to disrupt or overload our servers.
